Blood Lies by Daniel Kalla is a very compelling medical thriller written by an ER physician in Vancouver, BC. The story revolves around Ben Dafoe, an ER doctor living in Seattle. When his blood turns up on his murdered ex-fiancees wall, Ben is forced to go on the run, evading the police, in order to proceed with his own investigation so he can find the proof to clear his name.
I found this book to be a gripping page turner - I couldn't put it down!
